2020 AGM Dear Friends, It is nearly time for our 2020 AGM, which of course we cannot hold over a drink in the Deddington Arms as we have done for the last few years. However, Jill Cheeseman has volunteered to organise a virtual meeting on Skype, to be held on Tuesday 3rd November at 7.30pm. If you wish to participate, please email Jill at jill.cheeseman13@gmail.com no later than October 26th, and she will send you a link which will allow you to do so. Beneath this message you will find the following: 1. The Agenda 2. Minutes of our 2019 meeting 3. A copy of the membership renewal form and Banker’s Order form, updated with details of FoDC’s new bank. I have already contacted those of you who currently pay annual subscriptions by Standing Order, asking you to cancel them as we are no longer able to bank with Nationwide. I particularly thank those who sent me messages of support and expressed willingness to continue contributing to FoDC in this way. The attached Banker’s Order form is the one you now need if you wish to pay your annual subscriptions by Standing Order. Please enter your surname where Reference is indicated. Otherwise, the Membership Form is available to those of you who prefer to pay by cash or cheque. Please join us on November 3rd if you can. I look forward to an interesting and fruitful discussion. All best wishes Lesley |
